Support our growing tech infrastructure with hands-on expertise in systems setup, troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, network configuration, and software installations. Exposure to BPO tech environments, VPNs, and remote desktop tools is preferred.

Lead and inspire a team of customer service agents toward performance excellence. Applicants must have experience managing KPIs, coaching teams, conducting reviews, and handling escalations. Strong leadership and reporting skills are required.

Responsible for bookkeeping, vendor payments, payroll support, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Should be proficient in Tally/QuickBooks and have strong knowledge of GST and TDS. BPO industry experience is an advantage.
